Cranberry Maple Old-Fashioned

  • 8 fresh or frozen Cranberries

  • 2 teaspoons Taconic Maple Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • 1 strip (2 inches) Orange Zest

  • 2 oz. Taconic Double Barrel Maple Bourbon

Muddle cranberries, maple syrup, bitters, and orange zest in a rocks glass. Pour in bourbon. Add ice cubes.

Autumn in New York

  • 3 oz. Taconic Double Barrel Maple Bourbon

  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 teaspoons Taconic Maple Syrup

  • ½ cup Apple Cider

  • Cayenne Pepper

Fill two glasses and a cocktail shaker with ice. To shaker, add bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and apple cider; shake vigorously. Strain into glasses and top each with a pinch of cayenne pepper, if desired.  (optional: rim glass with maple syrup and dip in crushed cider-donut bits!)

Taconic Harvest Moon

  • 2 oz. Taconic Double Barrel Maple Bourbon

  • 1 oz. Taconic Maple Syrup

  • 1 oz. Orange Liqueur (Grand Marnier or Cointreau)

  • 1 Clementine, juiced

  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced

Fill shaker halfway with ice. Pour in bourbon, maple syrup, orange liqueur, clementine juice, and lemon juice. Shake until chilled.  Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with orange/clementine slice.
