We do not require reservations for tastings, however we are first come first serve. For groups of 10 or more, please call us so we can accommodate you!

In 2013 Carol Ann and Paul Coughlin took advantage of a great opportunity that existed literally in their own backyard.  They decided to capitalize on the 115-acre farm they owned in New York’s rural Dutchess County and obtained a Farm Distillery license.  That idea evolved into what is now Taconic Distillery, producer of the state’s number one craft bourbon.

The Distillery features a cozy tasting room and retail space serving Taconic's spirits as well as local beer, wine and soft drinks.  There is an expansive patio with lawn games and fire pits overlooking the scenic farmland.
